Vicki
Stanley, Chief Executive Officer
American Medical Personnel
As Chief Executive Officer, Vicki provides the vision and leadership
necessary to stay steps ahead of the employment industry and
miles ahead of our competition. She ensures consistency and
the highest quality throughout our organization. As a leader,
Vicki is responsible for new business development and growth.
Her gift is not only in recognizing
the potential in all things and people, but in helping others
realize their potential.
Her twenty-one year career began as a Headhunter and Recruiter
for the plastics industry. Trained by father and founder, Richard,
she learned the intricacies of employment industry hands-on
including recruiting, sales, marketing, and career counseling.

Robert
Hutchko, President
APM, Inc.
Serving as President, Robert oversees the daily operations and
human resources aspects of American. He works closely with Tami
to develop creative ideas that make American the innovative
company it is. Rob's genuine nature promotes
open and honest communication between our clients, staff and
employees. His natural sense
of humor eases complex situations and is the driving force behind
our success.
Rob spent eighteen years in personnel management for a national
company before
joining American in 1998. His extensive management experience,
coupled with his continuing education, has prepared him for
his
role as President of APM.

Recognizing
the trend in contract employment, Vicki left for two years to
train under another company. In that capacity, she successfully
opened a new branch office providing general temporary services.
After gaining valuable hands-on experience, she returned to
launch AMP in 1999.
Vicki is committed
to building a successful company without sacrificing her
values or losing her focus on the importance of family. |

Tami
Hutchko, Chief Executive Officer
APM, Inc.
As Chief Executive Officer, Tami works diligently to ensure
American is the best at what we do. Her commitment to excellence
coupled with her progressive essence ensures consistency and
the highest quality throughout our organization. Her vision
and leadership help American stay a step ahead of the employment
industry and miles ahead of our competition.
Tami launched American into short-term contract employment in
1996 by opening our Industrial Division. Trained by a national
employment company and refined by her father and founder, Richard,
she experienced first hand the complex nature of the employment
field. Her natural penchant for pushing American to be better
is the driving force behind her success. Her experience as a
Registered Career Consultant helped prepare her for her role
as Chief Executive Officer of APM.
Tami works closely with her husband, Rob, and father, Richard,
to ensure APM's success without sacrificing their values or
losing their focus on the importance of family. |

Richard Grudzinski, Chief Financial Officer APM, Inc.
Richard founded American Personnel in 1967 as a general employment
agency in Allentown, PA. American Personnel specialized in matching
great employees with their ideal job. Richard expanded American
Personnel in the late 1970's to include executive recruitment
to work closely with individuals searching for unique opportunities
within their chosen field. Richard and his wife Helen, added
Career Counseling in 1992 to provide focus and pinpoint a clear
direction for job seekers.
Serving as Chief Financial Officer of APM, Richard oversees
the daily financial operations of American. He works closely
with Robert and Tami to ensure American meets its financial
goals and obligations. His natural analytical mind and his commitment
to excellence is the driving force behind his success.
Richard's vast knowledge and understanding of life and the intricacies
of the employment field continue to propel American to the top
of our field. Our staff benefits daily from his tremendous experience
and the support he provides. |
